The Department of Education, Innovation and Gender Relations requires that publishers, organizations and other entities first secure parents’ explicit permission for the right to distribute or publish any photo, image, video or depiction of any student who is a minor (under 18) while at school or participating in school related activities.
Please download the following image release form [MOE Image Release Agreement Minors Sep 2017] for requesting a parent’s permission. Note that a copy of the signed form must be filed with the Department. You may email a scanned copy of the signed form to camdueducation@gmail.com or submit a hard copy of the signed form at the office of the Chief Education Officer, 3rd Floor, Francis Compton Building, Waterfront, Castries.
